Custom packaging is made to your specification, so please review your proof carefully — approval of the proof is approval of the specification. If goods arrive damaged or incorrect against the approved specification, contact us promptly with photos and your order details so we can investigate. Claim windows, remedies and responsibilities are set out in your quote/terms.
